But what makes me an expert in this field with silent acid reflux? Let me tell you my story. First of all, I can say, I had the problem with silent reflux too.

It started by me approximately 3-4 years before. I didn’t know something about this disease at this time and I couldn’t realize, that my symptoms came from reflux. Because it wasn’t typical reflux symptoms. Some of my symptoms were, breathing problems, mucus in the throat, Postnasal drip and sometimes a bitter taste, or burning in the throat. And with this problems or symptoms I visited many different doctors and no of them did gave me a correct diagnosis. I thought all the time, that the problems came from my lungs, because I had breathing problems. And breathing problems are mostly associated with the lungs. However, my pulmonologist told me, that I had no problem with them, because we made lot of medical tests to check the lungs. But nothing helped me to get healed from this disease, I didn‘t want to do something anymore. I didn‘t, or couldn’t enjoy life. All my friends went to cafes, restaurant, bars and they drank and eat what they want and had fun. But for me, it was not possible, because every time, when I ate or drank something I had lot of problems.
You know, I was young, I was only 30 years old. I had my whole life in front of me. I didn’t accept to give up and take the pills my whole life, which never helped me to feel me better. And for that reason, I searched in the internet, forums, and medical books about a solution. In one forum, I read something about si- lent reflux. This moment was the critical milestone, to get my life back and help also thousands of people to cured from this disease. Than my searching’s showed me, that we need to make a specific diet, to come out from this silent reflux disease.

And that was the birth of the Reflux Formula.
